We've received multiple emails about issues with this episode. From what we've been able to determine the issue lies within people having an old/outdated version of the FFDShow Codec. The latest version can be downloaded here, but we will not provide you with support on installing this.

If you're still having problems, you could also try to download the latest version of CCCP. We've been getting a lot of feedback saying that this worked. Also: DO NOT USE VLC!!!
