Competition: Design our staff shirts

A fair few staff have expressed interest in the idea of having staff shirts, while we have some ideas ourselves as to how we'd like them to look we're also curious to see what some of the more artistic fans of ours can come up with.
So we've decided to hold a competition. Details/Rules are below.
Details/Rules:
Design a staff shirt for us.
Design a shirts for both male and female staff members.(Yes, you can have separate designs)
Only one submission per person will be accepted, if you wish to redo your submission please notify us on submission of your new version and we will remove your old submission.
Submissions must be sent to us via the contact form.
While we do intend to have a reward for the winning submission, we haven't decided what it will be just yet.
Deadline for submissions is 30th of November 2010.
May add more details/rules later once I've had more time to think about it.
