Hey, guys! ImperialXT here. I thought I'd mention to everyone that we have open positions for a couple things. We are after staff for these positions to help us with our current projects so that we can release faster and in Awesome Quality.

ENCODER REQUIREMENTS
? Must be available same day after original airing of the episode.
? Must have good experience and knowledge of how to encode.
? Must be reliable and consistent for each week.
? Must be willing to encode using h.264 and MP4.
? Must be able to use IRC.
? Preferably, must be able to use MeGUI.
? Must be experienced in using AviSynth scripting.
? Preferably, must have a good Upload speed.
? Must have a moderate-high powered processor.

RAW Provider
? Must be available to cap the original airing of the series we are working on. If you are only able to cap one of the shows we work on and not all of them, please contact us anyway.
? Must be able to provide the group with a high quality video(.ts) quickly after airtime.
? We prefer if you use IRC, but we can make arrangements.
? We prefer if you share through the software the group uses, but we can make arrangements.
Just to verify, we need an actual capper, not someone to download RAW's for us or someone who re-encodes/up scales other groups raws.

TRANSLATOR
? Must be available shortly after the original airing of the episode of the shows we are working on, if you are only available for one that is fine also but we would prefer both. Naruto airs in Japan on Thursdays at 7:27 PM (Japan Standard Time), While FMA airs on Sundays at 5:00 PM (Japan Standard Time).
? Intermediate knowledge of the Japanese language required. Experience with spoken Japanese is recommended.
? Must be reliable and consistent for each week.
? Must be able to use IRC.

By becoming a member of [Taka], you will help release each weekly episode much faster for each member of the Naruto Shippuuden fandom(along with other series we have picked), giving them something to enjoy. Be aware that we try to split the translation between members to get it done faster, so it would be rare to do an entire episode by yourself. Translating can take anywhere from 1-4 hours depending on who's working with you, how long the dialogue is, and how knowledgeable you are with the Japanese language.
