The racist comments and degradation of our news articles and torrents was caused by an ex-staff member unhappy with one of our decisions and who had left us of his own accord.

Upon returning to our IRC channels recently, he has insulted and "flamed" many people, including staff and other fans, so he was banned due to our zero tolerance level.

Due to his past actions of causing verbal wars with the public and his current behavior, we deemed him irresponsible and banned him completely, ignoring anything he had to say for the benefit of everyone.

Unfortunately, due to human error, we realized too late he still had web access to our site, logged in, and tore it up.

We apologize if anyone was offended by his indecency and we at Taka do not encourage any of his actions, but kids will be kids. I'm sure we all know what it's like.
