BayTSP is simply a company that tracks and reports material claimed by copyright holders. They can bitch and moan, but they can't do anything else. Basically, they get hired by someone to harass you, along with your internet service providers.

Considering how BayTSP basically reports to ISPs while advertising CrunchyRoll(According to what the letters from everyone's ISP says), it's my assumption that CrunchyRoll is the cause of this, and the people running it are just butthurt that no one likes what they produce, so in their desperate effort to stop you all from downloading, they have teamed up with BayTSP and are randomly targeting all of your internet service providers to scare you away from us(And probably other fansubbers who are doing their shows) in an effort to force you to subscribe and pay for their inferior products.

The letters say it was requested by TV Tokyo themselves, but it's highly unlikely and seems to actually be requested by CrunchyRoll since the targets seem to be people who are not region banned from their site.

I want you all to know that the only people who have ANY power at all to stop US from subbing the shows, and to stop YOU from downloading them(At least the majority of you), is Viz Media. Anything else is just a bunch of false nonsense. They're false threats meant to scare you and hopefully make it so your ISP locks or restricts you in some way.
